Account Executives are Way too Picky with Outbound Leads from SDRs

To #AE ‘s and #salesleaders and #CEOs who are working outbound opportunities from #sdrs:

Stop being so damn picky! It’s clear that if you think every single detail is required except for their credit card information is the only lead that is qualified, then you don’t deserve to be running the opportunities these SDRs have created for you.

Do the work! If you don’t understand what your reps have to go through to get an #outbound appointment, then shame on you. Only 1-2% of all cold calls convert, and the appointments they set are typically fighting tooth and nail!

Remember, outbound leads are NOT opportunities where the prospect checked out your website 15 times, watched your videos, read your blogs, and THEN decided to call you. The SDR single handedly introduced your company, fought through resistance, delivered value, and set up next steps.

They shouldn’t step up, YOU should!
